Suspects behind triple murder in Mfuleni remain at large

CAPE TOWN - The suspects behind the triple murder in Mfuleni remain at large.

The bodies of three men were discovered around 10 a.m. Saturday, but police believe the shooting happened late on Friday night.

Police spokesperson Andrè Traut says the motive is still unclear, and no arrests have been made.

“The victims, three men aged 21, 31, and 40, were found with gunshot wounds inside a shack in the COVID informal settlement. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots, but due to adverse weather conditions, no immediate action was taken at the time.”
