The City of Cape Town has deployed additional firefighters, and fire resources have been called in from neighbouring districts to assist.

CAPE TOWN - Firefighters in Cape Town continue to battle flare-ups along Table Mountain.

The City of Cape Town has deployed additional firefighters, and fire resources have been called in from neighbouring districts to assist.

More than 190 households have been evacuated in fire-threatened neighborhoods.

Crews have been sent to several areas, including Noordhoek, Steenberg Estate, Ou Kaapse Weg, and Clovelly.
