Witness F has been ordered to appear in person and testify publicly before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry after his application to give evidence in camera was rejected.
Fannie Nkosi is a sergeant working in Gauteng's organised crime unit.
He previously appeared before the commission, where he testified virtually and only his voice was broadcast.

The commission said there was no need to continue in that manner, as the identity and face of Nkosi had already been publicised.
Last year, the commission played CCTV footage showing Nkosi arriving at the home of suspected crime cartel boss Katiso "KT" Molefe and leaving with a paper suspected to be stuffed with money.
Commission chairperson Mbuyiseli Madlanga said he doesn’t believe the evidence by Nkosi will place his life in danger.
“While the commission takes the safety of its witnesses seriously and will take all reasonable measures to ensure that its witnesses are not put at risk, it is clear to me that Sergeant Nkosi is no longer justified to testify or rather, the order that he continues testifying remotely is no longer justified”.
