Ramaphosa declares a state funeral category two in honour of the late former deputy president, David Mabuza

JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa has declared a state funeral category two in honour of the late former deputy president, David Mabuza.
A state funeral category two is reserved for all deputy presidents, acting and former.
Mabuza died at a hospital in Sandton on Thursday at the age of 64.

His family later confirmed his sudden death was linked to breathing complications.
Mabuza is set to be laid to rest in his home province of Mpumalanga on Saturday.
