JOHANNESBURG - Police in Limpopo have seized R5 million in counterfeit goods during an operation in Musina.
Multiple law enforcement agencies conducted a search and seizure at a shopping mall in the Musina CBD on Sunday.
During the operation, police discovered more than 2,000 counterfeit and illicit goods including sneakers, cell phones, perfumes and consumables.

Police have arrested two Eritrean nationals and one Bangladeshi national who faces additional charges for attempting to bribe officers to evade his arrest.
"The SAPS, together with its partners, remains steadfast in its efforts to eliminate the illegal trade of counterfeit and illicit goods, which pose risks to consumers, harm legitimate businesses, and undermine the economy of this country," said police spokesperson, Amanda van Wyk.
