Resident Donita Jones said they were paying for a water service they were not receiving.
"We are having to go and spend money to go and wash our washing. It's not fair. We are battling guys. Our geysers are bursting. It's a costly thing. Toilets are blocking. Now you've got to get plumbers out. The fact that we cannot even drink water, we have to go and buy water. It's an additional cost but yet, they still expect us to pay on a monthly basis for service that we are not even receiving."
They also claimed water tankers hardly assist because they often run dry.
