WEATHER: Storm 'spares' Cape Town, threatens Southern Cape
The South African Weather Service issued a yellow-level storm warning across the Western Cape on Monday night, which thankfully caused less damage than anticipated.

On Monday, the Western Cape braced for flooding, hail and gale-force winds. The bad weather arrived, but the damage, in the main, did not.

Unfortunately, it's not over yet, and the storm is moving east towards the Southern Cape.

There are reports of localised flooding but, according to Deiner, nothing too concerning.
