This time, he pushes a usually sweet woman to her breaking point.

The sweet lady's daughter was booked to see an ENT at Groote Schuur Hospital because she struggled to breathe through her nostrils.

This woman and her daughter have been waiting 11 months to see the specialist... enter, Professor Theron (not really, it's Whackhead) with some over-the-phone diagnosis.

But... the plot thickens. 

Kfm Mornings' technical producer, Rameez Khan, was also in on this one as this sweet lady is part of Rameez' running club which means he and Whackhead canoodled to bring this lady to a point where she says, "Doc, I am trying to control my breathing right now because you're really, really upsetting me. I am going to expose you, and come and find you at Groote Schuur. I've got contacts! And I'm going to show you where you can SHOVE it. I don't like you and I don't even know you..."

Some f* bombs were also thrown around...
