ActionSA’s Monama appointed as Tshwane MMC for Corporate and Shared Services

ActionSA councillor Flora Monama has been appointed as the Tshwane Municipality's new MMC for Corporate and Shared Services.

Monama replaces her former colleague in the party, Kholofelo Morodi, who was fired in March due to corruption allegations.

It was revealed at the Madlanga Commission that Morodi shared confidential tender documents with controversial cop Sergeant Fannie Nkosi.

Tshwane mayoral spokesperson Samkelo Mgobozi said Monama brings 30 years of public sector experience into the role.

"The Corporate and Shared Services portfolio is the backbone of the city's administration. It provides the administrative, human resource, and organisational support required for all departments to function effectively, and requires disciplined leadership, strong systems, and a clear focus on operational efficiency."
