The driver accused of causing a crash that claimed the lives of 14 school children in Vanderbijlpark will return to court on Thursday.
Ayanda Dludla (22) is facing 14 counts of murder, three counts of attempted murder and one count of driving without a permit.
Dludla was driving the children to school in January when he collided head-on with a truck.

During his last court appearance at the Vanderbijlpark Magistrates Court, Dludla abandoned his bail application.
He was part of the Gauteng Transport Association, which admitted that he had been previously flagged for bad driving.
At the time of the tragedy, Dludla had overloaded the vehicle.
Since then, the Department of Transport has heightened its efforts to ensure scholar drivers have permits, avoid overloading and that they operate with roadworthy cars.
Department of Transport officials have partnered with law enforcement agents and the Department of Education to ensure compliance.
