Irish folk-pop sensation The Corrs are set to tour South Africa for the first time in 20 years with shows scheduled in Pretoria and Cape Town in late November 2025.

Sharon Corr of The Corrs says performing in SA an 'extremely special moment'

After reaching their peak success in the early 2000s, siblings Sharon, Caroline, Jim, and Andrea Corr took a 10-year hiatus from 2005 to 2015 to focus on solo projects, building families, and raising their children. Now, the beloved family band is back together and ready to share their signature sound once again.

The upcoming 'Talk on Corners' tour, named after one of their best-selling albums, will feature timeless hits like 'Runaway' and 'Breathless'.

Fans can catch The Corrs live in Pretoria on Saturday, 22 November at the SunBet Arena, Time Square, and in Cape Town on Tuesday, 25 November at the Grand Arena, GrandWest. Both shows start at 8 pm.

"This is an extremely special moment in our lives," said Sharon.

She says the family band has survived for so long ecause, "We see ourselves as musicians first and then the family dynamic. As with any family, it can be quite a journey; the most important thing is that we respect each other, get over our issues as fast as possible, agree to differ and more importantly, serve the music."

Sharon said you can expect some golden favourites at the shows, some twists on songs and newer Irish songs which are 'deeply acoustic and deeply raw'.

Tickets are available through Ticketmasterand Big Concerts.
