JOHANNESBURG - KwaZulu-Natal's transport department has launched a search for a vehicle that plunged off a cliff in KwaSwayimane on Saturday night.
The number of people who were inside the car at the time is still unknown.
Department spokesperson Ndabezinhle Sibiya said that search and rescue teams were deployed to find the wreckage.
"We have been made aware that members of the helicopter rescue team have been trying to locate the wreckage. At this stage, we don't have the full details in terms of the number and condition of the victims."
