JOHANNESBURG - Some disgruntled community members from Fleurhof have gathered outside the Roodepoort Magistrates Court, calling for justice for Jayden-Lee Meek.
This comes ahead of the appearance of the 11-year-old boy’s close family member, who was arrested last week in connection with the death of the boy.
Meek's body was found in front of his family home’s doorstep in May, hours after his mother reported him missing, saying the child did not return home from school
Member of the National Assembly and community activist, Dereleen James, said more needs to be done to protect children from having such a fate.
