WC Community Safety MEC welcomes progress in Joshlin Smith case

CAPE TOWN - Western Cape Community Safety MEC, Anroux Marais, has welcomed the progress in the Joshlin Smith case.
The matter has been set for pre-trial in the Western Cape High Court, on 31 January.
Joshlin disappeared from her home in Middelpos, Saldhana Bay, in February.

The six-year-old's mother, Kelly Smith and three others were arrested a month after she went missing.
One of her co-accused has now turned State witness.
Marais said justice must be done so that those involved, can be prosecuted.
"I welcome the progress in the case. I sincerely hope that it means we will shortly know the circumstances surrounding Joshlin's disappearance so that she can be brought home."
