An investigation has been launched into the cause of the fire.
Family representative, Mahlohonolo Tsae, said that multiple calls were made to try and locate their sister when they learnt of the deadly blaze.
"I started making calls because I tried calling her - there was no response - I called my brother and informed him there is a fire there and I cannot get hold of this person, the friend cannot get hold of our sister... we made calls until our uncle, who is our father, went there early in the morning to see what was happening."
