Joshlin Smith case: New suspect charged with human trafficking, kidnapping to appear in court

JOHANNESBURG - A new suspect in the case of missing six-year-old Joshlin Smith is expected to appear in court on Monday.
The 32-year-old woman is the latest person to be arrested in connection with the child's disappearance.
Little Joshlin has been missing for exactly a month now and law enforcement officials are still searching for clues of her whereabouts.

She disappeared from her Saldanha Bay home while in the care of her mother's boyfriend Jacquin Appolis.
The child's mother Kelly and Appolis have since been arrested on several charges including kidnapping.
Another accomplice - Steven van Rhyn - is also facing the same charges.
Western Cape police spokesperson Malcolm Poje: “She will be appearing in the Vredenburg Magistrates Court on Monday morning following her arrest. She faces charges relating to human trafficking and kidnapping.”
