The singer has reportedly racked up a $50 million debt at the poker tables of the MGM Casino.

A source told News Nation that despite the 38-year-old signing a multi-year residency with the resort, “MGM basically owns him”.

“He makes $90 million a year off of the deal he did with the casino, but then he has to pay back his debt.”

He reportedly takes home $1.5 million per night after taxes.

Mars has a long history of gambling.

In an interview with GQ in 2013, he shared that he was a 19-years-old when he first visited a casino.

"I used to pay my rent doing that shit," he said.
