’We're going to get rid of thugs and criminals’, vows ANC's Mabuza at Peter Mokaba ceremony

While giving an address at the wreath-laying ceremony to honour ANC stalwart Peter Mokaba, the party's deputy president David Mabuza assured those in attendance that the party was working on its renewal, and that it would get rid of ‘thugs and criminals’ that were corrupt within its ranks. The ceremony was held at the Mankweng Cemetery, in Polokwane, just a day ahead of the party’s January 8 statement.
