Dozens were injured by the blast, which took place on Saturday in Bulawayo where Emmerson Mnangagwa was campaigning before elections next month.
The blast targeting VIPs at a ruling party rally left two people dead and dozens of others injured.
The two succumbed to injuries on Monday after the blast which injured 47 others.
The incident has been described as an act of terror in the country and comes amid the national elections taking place next month.
