'People living with HIV continue to suffer needlessly & die silently'
A medical watchdog has warned goals to curb HIV won’t be met unless the response is accelerated.
Officials say talks are designed to co-ordinate action taken by member states to fight the virus.
WHO says there were 85 new cases between 8 and 12 July.

The epidemic has killed hundreds of people in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia.
