It’s been reported that funds were wasted due to money allegedly given to Vhavenda King Toni Mphephu Ramabulana and other executives in support of their extravagant living.
Vuwani was brought to a standstill last month, following a decision by the demarcation board to reject the community's appeal to revert to their previous municipality.
The Vhavenda King Toni Mphephu Ramabulana has called on protesting residents to end the violent strike, which has seen multiple schools vandalised and torched.
