Shoba has been granted an application to reopen his case based on CCTV footage that he has since submitted to the court.

Shoba has been charged with premeditated murder after the man who confessed to killing a pregnant Tshegofatso Pule turned state witness.
The High Court in Johannesburg has set down the matter to begin in October.
As the alleged mastermind behind Tshegofatso Pule's murder, Ntuthuko Shoba, prepares for the beginning of his trial, his lawyer has told the Roodepoort Magistrates Court that he was withdrawing from the case.
Ntuthuko Shoba appeared in court on Tuesday for an application to be kept at the Krugersdorp Police Station, claiming that there were WhatsApp messages making the rounds threatening his safety.
Ntuthuko Shoba will remain behind bars until his case is finalised.

The court has heard arguments about whether Ntuthuko Shoba - who is accused of planning the murder of Tshegofatso Pule - is a candidate for bail, with the defence team presenting new facts.
In his closing arguments, Shoba’s lawyer Saddy Sithole said it would not be in the interests of justice not to release him.
The man accused of Tshegofatso Pule's murder, Ntuthuko Shoba, was employed in the information technology division of the JSE.
He was arrested in February after his accomplice Muzikayise Malephane who confessed to killing Pule, turned State witness.
Pule's family has been left shocked after the state revealed in the Roodepoort Magistrates Court that this was not the first time she was pregnant with her boyfriend, and murder accused, Ntuthuko Shoba's baby.
