Nigeria collapse: Dead South Africans to be repatriated
An inter-ministerial task team is working with Nigerian authorities to repatriate 84 South Africans who died.
A chartered flight carrying 25 South African survivors of the Lagos building collapse arrived at Swartkop Air Force Base this morning.
A total of 26 South Africans survived the collapse at a guesthouse run by charismatic preacher TB Joshua.
84 South Africans were killed when a guesthouse under construction at the SCOAN collapsed on 12 September.
The South Africans injured in the Lagos building collapsed have landed at the Swartkop Air Force Base.
26 injured South Africans will arrive via a chartered flight and be transferred to the Steve Biko Hospital.
