Eskom strikes deal with Soweto residents
Eskom has revealed that the collective debt in Soweto has reached around R8 billion.
Locals have accused the parastatal of misusing its power by refusing to properly consult with residents.
The mass march will highlight issues Soweto residents have with Eskom.
