MEC Hlomuka calls for swift action after Inkosi Maxwell Nxumalo's murder
Inkosi Maxwell Nxumalo was shot and killed in Ladysmith in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Sihle Ziqubu (14) was apparently swept away by the river while swimming with his friends last week.
The 14-year-old apparently drowned not far from his house on Friday where he and his friends were swimming.
Local rivers and dams have burst their banks, flooding the town's CBD, with businesses and some homes inaccessible.

KZN MEC for Economic Development Ravi Pillay made the announcement on Sunday after thousands had flocked to the area in search of the 'precious stone'.
EMS spokesperson Robert McKenzie said that they were called to the scene after three cars crashed into each other near Helpmekaar Road.
