Gautrain will resume full capacity from Friday
Guatrain put contingency plans in place earlier this month when services were disrupted by a strike.
Gautrain spokesperson Kasagee Nayger said that normal train services would resume on Friday.
Numsa members went on strike at the Gautrain last week over a wage dispute with the Bombela Operating Company.

Gautrain said services were cancelled for Saturday and Sunday, adding that it’s contingency plans cannot support weekend operations.
Workers affiliated to the National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa have abandoned their posts calling for a salary hike.
Numsa accused the Gautrain operator, Bombela Operating Company (BOC), of imposing a 4% wage increase on its members without engaging or negotiating with them.
The commuter rail system, which has been in talks with the union since March, offered workers a 4.1% salary increase, which was apparently turned down.

The union has served the Bombela Operations Company (BOC), which manages the Gautrain, with a 48-hour strike notice. This comes after failed wage negotiations between the union and management.
It is understood the union and management failed to find an amicable resolution to the wage dispute.
Earlier this week, Gautrain Management Agency CEO William Dachs said that motorists did not pay their fair share of taxes and he warned that the failure of the e-tolls system had perpetuated the problem.
It is understood that annual fare increases that were expected to come into effect in June have been put on hold.
Limited services in the transport sector have resumed in recent weeks, with the Gautrain starting its limited services operations on Monday.
Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula said he was impressed by the measures being implemented at the Gautrain as limited operations resumed. Mbalula was at the Hatfield Station on Monday morning for an oversight inspection on the state of readiness of the transport service.
The transport minister spent the morning reviewing what is being implemented at the Gautrain station to ensure operations resume and commuter safety is guaranteed.
Dachs takes over from Jack Van Der Merwe who will be retiring at the end of February.
