Krugersdorp emergency services rescue 2 vehicles trapped in water
The Mogale City said the occupants were safe after managing to swim to dry land.
The city was struck by torrential rains over the weekend, which flooded dozens of major roads and forced hundreds of people to rush to emergency shelters.
Rescue workers recovered 24 bodies from the property and rescued 10 survivors, who were taken to hospital, the MAP agency said, citing local authorities.
Among the missing residents feared to have been swept away by the floods is a 13-year-old boy.

Authorities are also warning motorists to avoid driving on flooded streets due to the occasional downpours.
The cattle floated upwards as floodwaters mounted at the weekend in Gurye, a farming town in the country's south, and scrambled to safety on the roofs of several houses and other buildings.
