The Dutch prosecution service said Gokmen Tanis, 37, 'confessed this morning to the examining magistrate the criminal offenses against him.'

Several people were wounded in a shooting on a tram and deaths were confirmed in the Dutch city of Utrecht on Monday in what officials are calling a possible terrorist attack.
Armed counter-terrorism police launched a huge manhunt for the attacker, urging local residents in one of the Netherlands' biggest cities to stay indoors in case of further incidents.
A body covered in a sheet was reportedly seen on the tracks as armed police and emergency services swarmed around the scene in one of the largest cities in the Netherlands.
