This follows damning findings which stated that Dovhani Mamphiswana acted in a corrupt and fraudulent manner when he appointed the mother of his child as chief-director for professional ethics at the entity.
A report showed that the Public Service Commission (PSC) Director-General Dr Dovhani Mamphiswana had acted unethically, fraudulently, and in a corrupt manner when he hired the mother of his child as a chief director.
The report recommends that the PSC chairperson should approach the courts to have the appointment of the mother of Dovhani Mamphiswana’s child set aside, and that civil claims be lodged against the woman.
It's been established that Dovhani Mamphiswana remained in his position as the custodian of ethical conduct in the public service, despite facing six allegations of misconduct which have now been found to be true.
In January, a report by the 'Sunday Independent' alleged that the Public Service Commission’s director general Dovhani Mamphiswana had fraudulently appointed the mother of his child as chief director for professional ethics.
