On Thursday, a video went viral showing the unidentified woman, wearing nothing but shoes, grabbing a computer screen from a Capitec employee's desk and throwing it on the floor.

Capitec Bank is investigating after a video was posted online of a woman who walked into one of its branches in Cape Town, wearing nothing but shoes.
The fraudsters would allege there was an attempt to commit fraud on their account or that a stop order was loaded without their consent.
Both banks have promised that the problem would be resolved in 24 hours with the funds returned to the affected parties.
