Comair’s BRPs say they’ve received final binding offer from preferred investors
They say the terms of the offer must now be incorporated into a business rescue plan.
Comair - which operates British Airways locally and owns low-cost airline kulula.com - has been under business rescue since May this year.

A British Airways plane flew from London to Edinburgh Scotland instead of Dusseldorf in Germany on Monday. The error was down to an incorrectly filed flight plan, leading both the pilot and cabin crew to believe the flight was bound for Edinburgh.
Passengers only found out about the mishap when the pilot said the plane was coming in to land in Edinburgh, which is around 800km from Dusseldorf.
The union has also called for improved wages travel allowances and what it believes are reasonable shift hours.
