Bail bid of PI implicated in Charl Kinnear’s murder postponed to end of Feb
Zane Kilian appeared in the Bellville Regional Court on Tuesday.
Kilian is accused of tracking the deceased’s cellphone up until the day he was shot dead outside his Bishop Lavis home in September.
It’s understood the victim was making his way home from a friend on Saturday when he was knocked over by the driver of a minibus taxi.
No arrests were made and the motive for the shooting remained unknown.
No arrests have yet been made in the cases, which are believed to be linked to social grant payouts.
Police confirmed post offices in Belhar and Bishop Lavis were targeted.
