Orlando Pirates beat Gallants to reach 3rd consecutive Nedbank Cup Final

JOHANNESBURG – Orlando Pirates advanced to the Nedbank Cup final after defeating Marumo Gallants 1-0 on Sunday afternoon.
The Buccaneers also became the first team to score against the Gallants in the Nedbank Cup this season.
The Sea Robbers reached their third consecutive Nedbank Cup Final, having lifted the trophy in the previous two seasons.
Orlando Pirates have won five trophies - the MTN8s and two Nedbank Cups.
They are still in the running for the Betway Premiership.
The Buccaneers and Mamelodi Sundowns both advanced to the semi-finals of the CAF Champions League this week, and Stellenbosch FC achieved the same feat in the CAF Confederation Cup.
