One person dies, five others injured in crash on R36 outside Tzaneen

A person has succumbed to their injuries, and five others were wounded following a head-on collision between a minibus taxi and a bakery delivery vehicle on the R36 at Morokolotsi, outside Tzaneen in Limpopo on Monday morning.
Authorities have warned motorists to remain cautious, stay alert, and obey the rules of the road.
According to departmental spokesperson, Mashudu Mabata, the road has since been cleared and reopened to traffic.
“The Limpopo Department of Transport and Community Safety hereby informs motorists that the R36 at Morokolotsi, outside Tzaneen, has been reopened to traffic following a head-on collision involving a minibus taxi and a bakery delivery vehicle. The scene has been cleared, and traffic flow has resumed. Drive safely and arrive alive.”
