When you're invested in your own fitness journey, does your sportswear play a role in your outlook?
Many people do say that when they look the part, the challenge becomes more attractive too.
Nokukhanya Mntambo talks to broadcaster entrepreneur Boipelo Mooketsi, who founded her own activewear business K.Fit Athleisure.
Mooketsi is known for also sharing her own self-care journey on social media.
For her, the way she looks going to gym, definitely makes a difference, and not only because she's marketing her brand.
"Being on both sides of the spectrum I'd say I used to go and just as long as I try it's enough, but when I really started investing in sportswear and looking nice when I got to gym, it felt like extra motivation for me to actually show up."

Mooketsi notes that when it comes to women's activewear, support is particularly important.
"I know that as a woman who's got a big chest when I am in some of our bras and tops, they are designed in such a way that it supports that when you're doing jumping jacks, burpees... So, yes, it does make a difference for sure."

It's all about combining aesthetics, functionality and comfort in her range, Mooketsi says, taking into account that people come in different shapes and sizes.
"We have in mind something that's got characer, and sets that have a certain look that will make any woman feel confident in any setting. And when it comes to comfort, stretch is the number one thing - as women we like to feel everything is hugged but not too tight, rather more supported."
"We're trying to extend and make it more fitting for even more bigger women and even smaller women too, because we've seen there are women who're also on the leaner side but are still looking for clothers that are comfortable, durable as well as NICE."
