Lombaard was back in the dock on Tuesday to face questions from lawyers for Smith, Appollis and Van Rhyn.
During her testimony, Lombaard implicated all of the accused for being complicit in Smith's alleged plan to sell Joshlin to a sangoma for R20,000.
Defence attorney Fanie Harmse questioned Lombaard on Tuesday about her boyfriend Ayanda Letoni and whether he knew Joshlin.
Lombaard told the court that Letoni, who left Saldanha Bay shortly after Joshlin went missing, only knew the child because she would sometimes come to visit Lombaard at their home in Middelpos.
She previously told the court that Letoni was a drug dealer who stopped selling drugs in 2023.
The trial continues.
