EFF's Mente and ANC's Didiza get the nod for Speaker of the National Assembly

JOHANNESBURG - Veronica Mente of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) and the African National Congress' (ANC) Thoko Didiza have been nominated for the position of Speaker.
The nomination process follows the swearing-in of members of Parliament.

Friday's sitting will also see the election of a deputy speaker and president.
