The police officers accused of killing 16-year-old Nathaniel Julies expressed their intention on Thursday to apply for bail. Scorpion Ndyalvane, Caylene Whiteboy, and Vorster Netshiongolo made a brief appearance at the Protea Magistrates Court. Speaking outside court, family reverend Larry Varrie said he hoped the case would be finalised quickly so the family could get closure.
