JOHANNESBURG - An autopsy report on slain Johannesburg Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) PR councillor Moshe Mphahlele shows he died after being shot by rubber bullets and live ammunition.

Mphahlele died on Sunday during a community protest in Alexandra Township.

It's understood he was trying to mediate engagements between law enforcement agencies and homeless people who wanted to forcibly occupy empty government flats in the area.
