RTMC says more than 17,000 licence cards uncollected
The Road Traffic Management Corporation says 10% of 32,000 cardholders have collected their licences at their offices.
The RTMC has extended operating hours at several licensing departments and some of their branches for May.

The research was conducted by the RTMC in collaboration with the South African Medical Research Council (SAMRC), and the University of South Africa (Unisa).
