Four children have been admitted to hospital after suffering burn wounds in a fire in Lwandle, near Strand.

CAPE TOWN - Four children have been admitted to hospital after suffering burn wounds in a fire in Lwandle, near Strand.
It's understood that the incident happened in Noxolo Road on Sunday night.
The provincial health department's Dwayne Evans: "The Western Cape Government Health and Wellness can confirm that our dedicated emergency medical services (EMS) teams responded to a call of four young children who suffered burn wounds in a fire in Lwandle. All four children have been admitted to Red Cross War Memorial Children's Hospital and are receiving the appropriate care."
