Brown Mogotsi, an alleged political fixer, has laid a formal complaint against one of the evidence leaders at the Madlanga Commission.
Mogotsi is claiming unfair treatment by the commission’s chief evidence leader, Matthew Chaskalson.
In papers filed to the commission, Mogotsi said that during his appearance, the evidence leader sought to portray him as dishonest and untrustworthy.

Furthermore, Mogotsi accuses Chaskalson of manipulating evidence and maintaining a personal vendetta against him.
Speaking before the commission on Tuesday, Chaskalson stated he has not yet seen the complaint.
“We would have to consider our position and respond. If there is a response is necessary, I may need to seek permission to depose to an affidavit, and that would take some time. I would ask that we set a timetable for resolving this matter within reasonable time limits and not to delay the return of Mr Mogotsi unnecessarily.”
