Gauteng police have launched a manhunt for the people behind the murder of a man who was shot multiple times at Milpark Hospital.
Officers say the 45-year-old was attacked in the parking area on Wednesday night after allegedly visiting a friend at the facility.
The motive behind the shooting is unknown.
The police's Captain Tinswalo Sibeko: "The South African Police Service has opened a case of murder after a 45-year-old man was fatally shot multiple times at the parking area of Milpark Hospital. The police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting. No arrests have been made yet and an investigation is underway."
