JOHANNESBURG - Traffic has been disrupted along the R71-1 Magobaskloof in Limpopo following a bus accident on Thursday morning.
A bus from the Education Department carrying 39 passengers, including 30 children from a special needs school, crashed along the busy route, closing one lane.
No fatalities have been reported, but the provincial Department of Transport said it cannot provide any information on the number of injuries yet.
Spokesperson Matome Taueatsoala is advising motorists to exercise caution when approaching the scene.
"The scene is under control with our officers conducting point duty services as only one lane is usable. The details of the injuries and the accident will be available once the next of kin have been informed and when the scene is cleared."
