JOHANNESBURG - National Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola is meeting with the investigating team on the case of the three missing constables who disappeared this week.
Masemola will be joined by his deputy, Shadrack Sibiya and the provincial commissioners of Gauteng and Free State.

The constables aged between 20 and 30 were reported to have been heading to where they were deployed when they went missing.
The police are investigating a case of hijacking and kidnapping.
Since their disappearance, their phones and the vehicle's tracking device have been off.
At the same time, crime experts have suggested that police should activate technology that can track phones even when they are switched off.
The national police spokesperson, Athlenda Mathe, says they will brief the media after the investigating team provides an update.
“We will start in Gauteng, we will get a briefing from the provincial commissioner of Gauteng Lt Col Tommy Mthombeni, we will then proceed to the Free State to meet with the other team that is there, led by Lt Gen Motsweenyane, the Free State provincial commissioner.”
After the briefings, Masemola will meet with the families.
