Man accused of WSU student's murder due in court

MTHATHA - The man accused of killing a Walter Sisulu University (WSU) student during a protest is expected to appear in court on Tuesday.
Sisonke Mbolekwa was shot dead when students were protesting over poor living conditions at the Mthatha campus last week.
The suspect, who is an employee at the university, was arrested days after the shooting.
He is charged with murder and attempted murder.
Police said that while his arrest was crucial, the investigation continues.
Students are expected to protest outside the Mthatha Magistrates Court, demanding justice for their slain fellow student.
Higher Education Minister Dr Nobuhle Nkabane has since vowed that there will be accountability for this incident.
