The prosecution told the court that there were witnesses and surveillance footage putting Adams at the crime scene as one of the suspects who shot and killed a 50-year-old murder accused inside the court premises earlier in April.
He'll be back at the same court on Wednesday to join his co-accused and alleged mastermind, Shireen Mathews, who was arrested shortly after the fatal shooting.
The second gunman is still at large.
