JOHANNESBURG –  Kaizer Chiefs advanced to the Nedbank Cup final after coming from behind to defeat Mamelodi Sundowns 2-1 on Sunday evening.

Masandawana took the lead with Teboho Mokoena taking the last kick of the first half, finding the back of the net, putting the Brazilians in the lead.

The Glamour Boys levelled the field when Lucas Suarez gifted the ball to Wandile Duba, who slotted the ball past Ronwen Williams in the 55th minute.

The Soweto giants sealed their fate with the winning goal in the 88th minute when Dillan Solomons picked out substitute Ashley du Preez, who volleyed past Williams.
