Going to Galaxy KDay? Here are some dos and don'ts before the EPICNESS begins

• Picnic basket with food (wooden or plastic cutlery only).
• Umbrellas and chairs are allowed in designated spaces.
• Picnic blankets are allowed in designated areas.
• Soft cooler bags/boxes maximum 25L allowed. NO oversized cooler boxes allowed.
• Water and soft drinks are allowed, only in plastic bottles. No cans or glass.
• Hats and sunscreen are allowed.

What are you NOT allowed to bring into the venue?

• No glass allowed
• No alcohol
• No drugs
• No metal cutlery
• No gazebos/tents
• No braais
• No pets
• No weapons
• No hubbly/Shisha
• No speakers boxes.
• No drones.

Kids are welcome but...

• Not recommended for children under the age of three.
• All minors (3 +) must have a valid ticket and must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18 years +).
  Any person who arrives with a children's ticket and is over 12 will not be permitted into the event.

Chill-zone tickets:

You have special access to:

• Partially shaded communal picnic-styled seating.
• Private cash bar.
• Easy access to food stalls - no long queues, picnic baskets are allowed.
• Dedicated ablution facilities.
• These tickets are not for sale to persons under the age of 18 years. Strictly no kids allowed.
• No under-18s are allowed in the Chill Zone.

Meerendal experience:

You have:

• General access.
• A meal voucher valued at R240 per ticket, at either one of the Meerendal onsite restaurants with preselected menu options. A drink is included.
• Secure restaurant parking on the day.
• Vouchers can be redeemed on event day only. T’s & Cs apply.
