[WATCH] Ramaphosa: The introduction of the new smart card empowers ANC members

The African National Congress (ANC) has launched its new membership smart card, which is set to be rolled out to all its members across the country. The smart card was unveiled at the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting at the Birchwood Hotel in Boksburg on Friday morning.
